Website builder, website designer, website developer, etc are all used interchangeably because people aren’t aware of the fine line differences between the three. When a business is first launched, business owners are always looking for the most economical solutions since budgets are limited. Many take building their website into their own hands, and they have since 1999. Just because you understand how to use a camera and upload images doesn’t mean you understand how to build a website.
